Janis Valenti will offer a platform for women to come together for a time of healing and hope.  She will offer biblical truth about overcoming past hurts and healing from physical, mental, and emotional abuse.  This class involves group discussion.  Please bring your bible.  Christian content.

This three-week series is designed for expectant moms and their labor coaches.  Julie is an experienced labor and delivery registered nurse, and Lamaze instructor.  She will offer information on different relaxation and breathing techniques that will help you alleviate fear, and manage pain during labor.  Attendance for each of the three classes is important.  Bringing a friend or partner to help you during class is encouraged

Food demonstrations done every week!  Guest Speaker Adin Ogbuaku is from Michigan State University’s nutrition program.
