Join us for Valentine’s Day!  In this class, we will learn pen & ink and watercolor techniques using warm and cool colors to express emotions!

Dr. Andrew Roberts, M.D., a pediatrician at Osborn Family Medical Clinic, will be on site to answer your medical questions.  This is a drop-in service; come in anytime between 10 am and 12 pm.

WIC counselor, Keva Williams, will offer an open discussion about the realties of breastfeeding when friends and family don’t support the idea.

Drop in and meet the doula!  Have questions about the childbirth, prenatal or post-partum care?  Come in.  Pizza and other refreshments will be provided.

A note from the doula:

I have three biological children plus four adopted. Which gave me fourteen grandchildren.  I have been married for thirty years. I have a background as a Chaplin, a prison re-entry program peer counselor, a Crisis intake worker for at-risk youth 18-23yrs of age, substance abuse awareness and prevention and STD education and safety practices. Doing all these things while helping women during their pregnancy. 

I’ve always wanted to help women be their best and deliver a healthy baby. Because of my love for women and children I became a doula, prenatal nutritionist, a breast-feeding counselor, and a post-partum doula as well.  At the end of the day. I have your best interest at heart.  A healthy you would mean a healthy baby. I am willing and honored to provide you with all the knowledge I have.
